Our Story
Born out of a passion to uplift communities and eliminate homelessness, Hope Connect was founded by leaders with lived experience, professional insight, and a deep commitment to service. What began as a grassroots initiative has evolved into a trusted connector for vital housing, care and support solutions across the region.
